Where it's used

01

Building Envelope Protection

Exterior walls and roofs exposed to weather need paint that resists UV, moisture, and salt spray. We supply weather-resistant paints formulated for tropical climates.

02

Fire-Rated Coatings (High-Rise Buildings)

Office towers and multi-unit residences require fire-rated coatings on exposed structural steel and interior surfaces. We can source fire-rated primers and topcoats to your specification.

03

Concrete Sealing and Protection

Concrete exposed to moisture (basements, mechanical rooms) needs sealer to prevent efflorescence and water ingress. We supply concrete primers and sealers rated for damp conditions.

How ordering works

Send your surface area (square meters) and substrate (concrete, steel, drywall, wood). We will calculate volume needed and recommend primer plus topcoat system per your application. Color mixing available; standard colors are in stock.

Common questions about paints & protective coatings

What is the difference between exterior and interior paint?

Exterior paint has UV-resistant binders and mildewcides for weather and moisture exposure. Interior paint optimizes for ease of application and quick dry time. Exterior paint works indoors but is overkill; interior paint outdoors fails quickly in sun.

What coverage should I expect?

Typical coverage is 10 to 12 square meters per liter for interior matte, 8 to 10 for exterior gloss (depends on surface and primer). Rough surfaces (concrete, steel) need more; smooth surfaces need less. Send your substrate and we will estimate volume.

Do I need primer?

Yes, on bare concrete and steel (primer provides adhesion and corrosion barrier). On existing painted surfaces in good condition, primer is optional. Ask your painter or send substrate photos and we will advise.
